Annual Fund Committee
Coordinates two fundraising efforts via letter each year.
Multi-cultural Committee
Keep the Fellowship diverse, inclusive, and aware
Archives Committee
Collects photographs of current and past Convocations and FUMMWA events, along with historical data, providing displays at Convocation and articles for “Worship Arts”.
Music Interest Areas
Brainstorm and implement plans to support and connect our musicians in their areas of interest: choral, handbells, children & youth, organ, and instrumental.
Chapter Coordinating Committee
Keep Fellowship members connected to each other.

Task
  • Has complete responsibility for planning, organization and operation of the biennial Convocation.
  • Prepare a budget for the Convocation and submit it for approval to the Council via the Finance/Personnel Board.
  • May, in consultation with the Finance/Personnel Board and Council, elect/appoint a treasurer who shall be responsible for the event’s finances.
  • Appoint a Registrar. This person may be a National Office staff person.
  • Publicize the Older Adult Scholarships and Ethnic Minority Convocation Scholarships via various methods
  • Make every effort to include the recipient of the Roger Deschner Award as a Convocation clinician.
  • Work with the Lloyd Pfautsch Memorial Anthem Committee to provide the venue and forces for performing the commission at the convocation.

  • Submit the report of their proposed nominees to the Council before October 1st of even numbered years. Once the National Council has affirmed the slate, the committee shall notify the nominees that they will be placed in nomination.
  • Report the nominees, including a picture and biography of each, to the members in January of the election year.
